Student Health Insurance

Student health insurance is an affordable option for students who will be living outside their parent’s health coverage area or are past the age in which their parent’s insurance will cover them. Certain colleges require new students have a health insurance plan upon enrollment.

Student health insurance is typically a lower cost option to individual health insurance but still gives the benefits you need. Depending on the policy, student health insurance plans will either be ineffective after you graduate or renewable as long as you need it.

The Student Select plan, offered by Fortis Health and available at eHealthInsurance, is renewable as long as you pay the premium.
